Honest money,
clearly explained
Cashback isn't magic and it isn't charity. Brands pay for customers — always have. The only question is who keeps that money. Classic affiliates keep it all. We built the platform that hands it back.
Follow the commission
Four facts that explain the entire company. If you remember one thing: our only revenue is a slice of the commissions we're already sharing with you.
Brands pay us
Marketplaces, hotel platforms, exchanges and brokers pay commissions for introduced customers and their activity — a standard, disclosed industry practice that funds every cashback platform on earth.
We hand most back
Instead of pocketing the commission like a normal affiliate site, we return the majority to the person who generated it — you. Up to 80% on trading, up to 12% on shopping.
We win on scale
Our slice is thin by design. The business works because members route more of their life through the wallet over time — not because we squeeze any single transaction.
No dark patterns
No selling personal data, no price markups, no expiring points, no minimum-balance traps. If a revenue trick would make you trust the wallet less, it's not in the model.
From signup to first payout
Create your free account
Sign up with your email in under two minutes. No membership fee, no card required, no tiers. Your cashback wallet is live instantly — one wallet that collects from every category.
Route your spending through us
Shopping and travel: tap through to the store from our app and buy as usual. Trading: link your broker or exchange account once and it's automatic forever. Same prices, same products, same everything.
Partners report, we credit
Each brand reports confirmed orders and trading volume back to us with the commission owed. Your share appears in your wallet — pending first for shopping (return windows), fast-cycle for trading.
Money unlocks and stacks
Confirmed cashback is real, withdrawable money. Watch it accumulate across every category in one balance — shopping cashback next to trading rebates, all one number.
Withdraw — or keep stacking
Cash out to your bank or in USDT whenever you like. Balances never expire, and there's no minimum lock-in on earned cashback. Rakuten mails a quarterly check; we pay on your schedule.
How tracking actually works
The mechanics matter because they explain both why it's effortless and what can break it. Two systems, one wallet.
Shopping: the tap-through
Tapping a store inside UTSPlus opens the store with a tracking reference attached. The store's affiliate system records the session; when you check out, the order maps back to your wallet. Last click wins — make us your last tap before payment.
Trading: the account link
Brokers and exchanges attribute your account to us at signup or re-attribution. From then on, official volume reports drive rebate calculation — no cookies, no tap-throughs, no way to forget.
Calculation basis
Shopping: percentage of what you actually paid after discounts (excluding shipping/tax/gift cards). Trading: per-lot or fee-share rates from the partner's table. Every rate is shown before you commit.
Where you see it
Every event lands in your wallet feed with a state: pending → confirmed → paid. Countdown timers show when pending amounts unlock. Nothing is a black box.
Why some money waits (and some doesn't)
Every cashback platform has pending states — we just explain ours honestly and show you the countdown.
Shopping: 30–90 days
Stores hold commissions until their return window closes — if you could still return the order, the sale isn't final. The store page shows the expected confirmation time before you buy.
Travel: after completion
Hotel stays confirm after checkout; flights after departure; activities after the experience date. Cancellable bookings stay pending until they can't be cancelled.
Trading: fast cycle
A closed trade can't be 'returned', so rebates settle on the fastest cycles in the platform — daily to weekly depending on the partner's reporting.
Why it protects you
The pending window isn't bureaucracy — it's what makes confirmed balances trustworthy. When your money unlocks, it's genuinely final: no clawbacks, no surprises.
A realistic wallet, itemized
Illustrative but proportionate: for active traders the trading line usually dominates, which is exactly why a wallet that combines both beats a shopping-only app. Non-traders still bank the left two columns.
Refer a friend, both of you earn
Every member you invite earns you a referral bonus once they start earning — and their wallet works exactly like yours from day one. $10 per friend, uncapped.

Is UTSPlus really free? What's the catch?+
Free forever, and the model is the answer to the catch question: brands pay us commissions for bringing them active customers. We keep a thin slice and pass the rest to you. We don't sell data, don't mark up prices, and don't monetize floats on your balance. The commission is the whole business.
Why do rates differ between stores and brokers?+
Rates mirror what each partner pays us. A beauty store paying 15% commission supports a higher member rate than an airline paying 1.5%. Trading rates dwarf shopping rates because introducing-broker commissions dwarf retail affiliate commissions — that's industry structure, not our choice.
What can make cashback NOT track?+
Three main causes: clicking another affiliate/coupon link after tapping through us (last click wins), ad-blockers or privacy modes stripping tracking on some stores, and excluded categories (gift cards are the classic). The app flags all three per store, and a missing-cashback claim exists for edge cases.
How do withdrawals work?+
From your wallet, choose bank transfer or USDT, enter the amount of confirmed balance, done. Verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal — standard financial hygiene that also protects your balance from account thieves.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?+
A small operational minimum applies per method (shown at withdrawal). There's no strategy behind it beyond payment-rail costs — no points thresholds, no 'save up to unlock' games.
What happens to my balance if I go inactive?+
Nothing. Balances never expire and inactivity never erodes them. Come back after a year and your money is exactly where you left it.
Do you have a browser extension like Rakuten?+
It's on the roadmap alongside the finance-products vertical. Today the app's favorites + boost alerts cover the same job: never missing cashback on a store you already use.
