Terms of Use

The UTSPlus platform (the "Platform") is operated by UTS TECHNOLOGIES LTD, Beachmont Business Centre, 341, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines ("UTSPlus", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Use.

UTSPlus is a cashback and rebate technology platform. We track commissions that partner brokers, exchanges, prop firms and merchants pay us for introducing clients, and we share a portion of those commissions with you as cashback.

UTSPlus is not a broker, dealer, exchange, payment institution, investment advisor or fund manager. We do not execute trades, hold client trading funds, provide investment advice or solicit any investment. No trading activities are conducted on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Platform is not directed at residents of the United States or any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be contrary to local law. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you, including those of your broker or exchange relationship.

Cashback accrues only on activity that partners report and attribute to your linked accounts. Rates shown on the Platform are indicative and may change with partner terms; the rates applicable to your account are shown in the app. Cashback becomes withdrawable once the related partner commission is confirmed and settled to us.

We may withhold or reverse cashback where the underlying commission is reversed by the partner, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral schemes, prohibited trading patterns or breach of partner program rules.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain only one UTSPlus account, not to abuse referral or rebate mechanics, and not to use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any illegal purpose. We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals.

Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal or tax advice. Trading foreign exchange, derivatives and digital assets involves a high risk of loss. Cashback reduces your costs but does not remove trading risk. See our Risk Disclosure for details.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of confirmed, unpaid cashback in your wallet. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or solvency of any partner broker, exchange or merchant.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with confirmed legitimate balances paid out per our standard process.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@utspay.com.
