When exactly does travel cashback confirm?+
After the stay or activity completes plus the platform's own confirmation cycle — typically 30–90 days after checkout. Flights usually confirm after departure. Your wallet shows a per-booking countdown so you always know where it stands.
What happens if I cancel or change the booking?+
Cancelled bookings simply drop off — pending cashback for that booking zeroes out, nothing else is affected. Date changes made inside the same booking usually keep tracking; rebooking from scratch needs a fresh tap-through.
Do member prices, Genius tiers and coupons still work?+
Yes — all of them. Cashback is calculated on the price you actually paid after every discount. You lose nothing by tapping through; you only add a rebate on top of your existing perks.
Why is the flight rate lower than the hotel rate?+
Airlines pay platforms razor-thin commissions, hotels pay generous ones — the cashback rate mirrors what the partner pays us. It's also why hotels are the smart lane to route through UTSPlus first.
Does cashback apply to taxes and fees?+
Rates apply to the eligible booking amount as defined by each platform — generally the room/fare subtotal before taxes and fees. The partner page states the basis so there are no surprises.
Can I earn on bookings for other people?+
