Account data (name, email, country, language), linked account identifiers for partner platforms, trade volume and commission reports supplied by partners for rebate calculation, payout details you provide for withdrawals, verification documents where required, and technical data (device, IP, usage) for security and analytics.

We do not collect your broker or exchange passwords, your trading strategies, or API keys with withdrawal permissions.

To operate your cashback wallet (contract performance); to verify identity and prevent fraud and money laundering (legal obligation and legitimate interest); to improve the Platform (legitimate interest); and to send service and marketing communications you can opt out of at any time (consent).

We share data with partner brokers, exchanges and networks strictly to attribute activity and reconcile commissions; with payment providers to process your withdrawals; with service providers under data processing agreements; and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
